LeadingAge’s ongoing Aging Services Workforce Now advocacy campaign calls for a wide range of solutions to ensure America’s older adults and families can get the care and services they need.

Leaders of Color Network
The LeadingAge Leaders of Color Network is a professional networking group for senior, mid-level, and emerging leaders of color employed by LeadingAge member organizations. The network is designed to support and facilitate career advancement in the field of aging services.
Student Internships
LeadingAge provides opportunities for students to learn about rewarding careers in aging services through our Summer Enrichment Program, a 10-week immersive internship hosted by member organizations. Interns have mentors, meaningful work, and access to a professional network.
